Aji Charapita was once dubbed the most expensive chili pepper in the world. This pepper originated from Peru and is widely used in Peruvian cuisine. Despite it's small size, this pepper really packs on the heat and contains sweet citrusy tones. This version have fruit that’s pointing downwards.
